If you do not receive your order after two weeks, receive a damaged item, or receive an item other than what you ordered, please send a ticket to our team via the Support Center. After you send a ticket, a team member will follow up with you directly through the Teacher Portal. Please note that orders cannot be returned, exchanged, or modified.
